PHRED, CROSS_MATCH, and PHRAP are available from CodonCode Corporation (www.codoncode.com). Currently, executables for UNIX and Windows95/98 are available. Macintosh adaptations are expected to be shipped in October 1998.

PHRED compatible SCF curve generation will be included as a standard part of the soon to be released version 4.1 upgrade to Base ImagIR software. It will be free to all version 4 Base ImagIR customers.
